A source request has a shelf life measured in hours. Everything below is built around that one fact: by the time a request is a day old, the reporter has already quoted somebody else. The process is short because it has to be.

If you are a brand, the work happens before the request arrives
Most of the value is front-loaded. By the time a reporter files a question about your field, it is too late to work out who at your company should answer it, what they are allowed to say, and how fast they can reply. We settle all of that first.
1. We work out who your real expert is
Not the person with the most senior title – the person who can answer a hard question without checking. Often that is an operations lead or a long-serving technician rather than the founder.
2. We position them so a journalist can see why they are worth quoting
A reporter picks a source in seconds. That decision is made on whether the person looks like a practitioner with something specific to say, which is a presentation problem as much as a credentials problem.
3. We watch the requests so you do not have to
Requests scatter across several feeds, each on its own clock. We read them daily and flag the ones your expert can genuinely answer – not everything adjacent, only the ones where they have a real answer.
4. Your expert answers, and we handle the rest
They write the substance. We handle the framing, the deadline and the follow-up. If the quote runs, the brand is attached to the answer.
If you are a journalist, it is one email
Tell us what you are writing and when you need it. We reply with a named practitioner who has agreed in advance to be contacted, with enough background for you to judge whether they are right before you spend a call on them. No fee, no exclusivity, no obligation to use the quote, and no follow-up if you pass.
What we will not do
- Send you a source who has not agreed to be contacted.
- Put an expert forward on a subject they cannot actually speak to.
- Ask a journalist for payment, a link, or approval over copy.
- Pitch the same expert to every request regardless of fit.
